You do need the DLL to enable using custom decks in-game. The only exception to this is the Manual Mana Functions if you want the basic land to have the manual mana abilities. You do not need Riiak's functions unless they have changed. Thank you to everyone who made cards for the CW. Thank you migookman for porting the mods over (even with the tools to do much of the tedious work, it still must have taken quite awhile I appreciate it). Thank you to everyone who gave me permission to incorporate your mods.
