You can also pause the download if the downloader supports it. You can use any Downloader Application of Your choice to download this. This is not an unofficial mirror or edited file, hence it should be safe to use (if You trust Hoyoverse/Mihoyo). I just captured the Download link from the Launcher and am sharing it here. These are the exact same files that the Launcher uses to Download and Install the Game/Updates.
These are the links for directly downloading the Game files from Official Hoyoverse's Server. The Game will be available to play once the Official Server is Live after maintanace that starts at Jat 06:00 (UTC+8). The following links can be used to download the files and it is RECOMMENDED to use the Launcher to do the Installation.
